Hitimana\u2019s latest research explores Canada\u2019s labour shortage in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the role of hiring persons with disabilities and bias in the hiring process, despite applicants\u2019 qualifications.<\/p>\n
Hitimana\u2019s work is guided by various volunteer efforts. In 2019, he was appointed as chair of the National Advisory Committee for Canada\u2019s Volunteer Awards.
